Sessions

Sessions last 50 minutes and are held regularly, ususally on a weekly basis. Both of us commit to this schedule. Sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice will not be charged.

Contracts

You are in control of your therapy. If we decide to work together, we’ll co-create a contract so you know what to expect, what we’ll focus on, and the duration of our work. I offer both short-term and long-term therapy contracts.

Fees

Fees are £50 per weekly session. I offer a limited number of reduced-rate slots for clients on low incomes. Payment by bank transfer is required 48 hours in advance of each session.

Ethics

I am a member of the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and the UKATA (UK Association of Transactional Analysis), and I adhere to their codes of ethics.

In person & Online

I offer online therapy sessions via an encrypted Zoom link.

In addition, I offer in-person sessions at my offices in Finchley Central and Golders Green. Please refer to the Contact Page for the location.

Confidentiality & Safety

Confidentiality and your safety are my top priorities. I commit to keeping your therapy fully confidential in line with UKCP standards and ethics. Your privacy is of utmost importance.
