I am a Watford-based psychotherapist, offering a warm, inclusive, and relational approach to therapy. I provide a safe and supportive space for individuals from all backgrounds to explore their thoughts, feelings, relationships, and experiences.
Experience
I have experience working across a range of settings, including schools, charities, community mental health services, and private practice. I currently work in private practice, supporting adults, children and young people aged 5 to 18.
My therapeutic training is grounded in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy. I hold a PGDip in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy, an MSc in Psychology, a Level 7 Diploma in Transactional Analysis Counselling and Psychotherapy, and a Level 5 Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People (CYP).
Special Interests
I have a special interest in complex relationships, whether this involves improving relationships, ending them, or addressing relational trauma. I also focus on life transitions, feelings of belonging, and diversity, including cultural diversity, neurodiversity, sexuality and gender. I also work with fear and anxiety, inner chaos, uncertainty and confidence, as well as the pressures of modern life, including burnout, career challenges, and social expectations.
