I am a counsellor and  psychotherapist in advanced training,  offering a warm, inclusive, and relational approach to therapy. I provide a safe and supportive space for individuals from all backgrounds to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

 Experience

I have experience working in various settings, including schools, charity organizations, and mental health services. Currently, in addition to my private practice, I provide therapy for two charity organizations: Mind in Watford and Women and Health in Camden.

I am completing ongoing advanced clinical training in Transactional Analysis in the field of psychotherapy with individuals, couples and groups from the Institute of Transactional Analysis.

Special Interests

I have a special interest in complex relationships, whether it involves improving them, ending them, or addressing relational trauma. I also focus on life transitions, feelings of belonging, and diversity, which encompasses cultural diversity, neurodiversity, and diversity in sexuality or gender. Additionally, I address issues related to fear and anxiety, such as inner chaos, uncertainty, and confidence, as well as the pressures of modern life, including burnout, career challenges, and social expectations.
