I am a counsellor and psychotherapist in advanced training,  offering a warm, inclusive, and relational approach to therapy. I provide a safe and supportive space for individuals from all backgrounds to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

 Experience

I have experience working across a range of settings, including schools, charities, and community mental health services. I currently work in private practice, supporting adults, children and young people aged 5 to 18.

I am in ongoing advanced clinical training in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy at The Berne Institute, where I completed the Level 7 Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy. I am also completing the Level 5 Certificate in Counselling Children and Young People (CYP) through LRS training, which focuses on therapeutic work with children and young people aged 5 to 18.

Special Interests

I have a special interest in complex relationships, whether it involves improving them, ending them, or addressing relational trauma. I also focus on life transitions, feelings of belonging, and diversity, which encompasses cultural diversity, neurodiversity, and diversity in sexuality or gender. Additionally, I address issues related to fear and anxiety, such as inner chaos, uncertainty, and confidence, as well as the pressures of modern life, including burnout, career challenges, and social expectations.
